We’re Spark, the leading energy supplier for tenants in Great Britain, and a popular choice for homeowners too. We think good things come in small packages, and as an independent supplier, we put you first.
We know you’d much rather spend time doing something fun instead of worrying about your energy supply, so our app is designed to keep things quick and simple.
PUTTING THE POWER IN YOUR POCKET
Manage your energy from the palm of your hand. Check your balance or pay a bill in just a few taps – it’s energy the easy way!
With our app you’ll be able to…
• Submit a meter reading
• Make a payment or set up a Direct Debit
• View your bills and statements
• Compare and change your tariff
• Update your contact preferences
• Edit your contact details
• Tell us you’re moving home
GETTING UP AND RUNNING
Once you’ve downloaded the app, login using your existing Spark ‘My Account’ username and password. If you don’t have an online account yet, that’s okay, just register using your account number and postcode – it couldn’t be easier.
We’ve designed the app for use on a mobile. It isn’t adapted for use on a tablet yet but don’t worry, if you’re having problems you can still manage your account online using the ‘My Account’ feature on our website, sparkenergy.co.uk.
GIVE THE GIFT OF FEEDBACK
We hope you find it nice and easy to manage your energy account with the app, but please bear in mind that it’s the first ever version. We know it might not be perfect just yet, but with your help we’ll be able to quickly develop and improve it.
So, if you come across any problems or have any feedback at all, please let us know – we really value your input!
If you’d prefer to speak to a real person, don’t worry, we still have our usual customer services number available to you. Just give us a call on 0345 034 7474 from 8am to 6pm weekdays and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays.
